A Mandatory requirement for all qualified candidates, (after successfully passing the Theoretical Phase) for the issuance of Certificate of Competency for Management Level in accordance with the International Convention on Standard of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978, as amended (STCW Convention 1978 as amended).
